Ciro has been an asset to our service for over 2 years, providing a range of cooking / chefing / hospitality and training with a very diverse cohort of learners. He has worked very well with youth offenders, young people and adults with learning difficulties and mild mental health barriers as well as our generic unemployed groups. Ciro has successfully progressed several people into work in the hospitality sector. He has a very engaging manner and has engaged the hardest to reach people successfully. His passion shines through.

The whole process of opening my own pizza restaurant was an exciting yet challenging one. After attending Ciro’s pizza school for one week I left with the confidence that I had the skills set to make a success of my restaurant. Ciro has a relaxed and encouraging approach that gets the best from his students. I can’t recommend Ciro enough, he went above and beyond in his help for what I signed up for.
