Danarus stepped in at the last minute when my booked supplier cancelled 5 days before my event. Danarus quickly responded to messages giving me the confidence he was going to turn up on the day. I have not seen the pictures as yet so unable to score a 5.
Danarus was flexible in the photos we wanted on the day and had plenty of suggestions of his own. I am grateful for the last-minute service Danarus was able to supply. Look forward to seeing the pictures.

We could not be ourselves, everything had to be his way or no way.
We even had to buy a USB for him, on top of the money that had to be paid before he'd start.
Then on top of that he wants to charge even more for professionally edited photos and a video.
Oh, he even misplaced our USB, at one point he was going out to try to buy a replacement, but luckily he must of found ours.
We haven't seen any photos yet as we are on our honeymoon, the USB was left at home. Apparently there are over 200 photos on it.
Late arrival should have been there for 2pm arrived 20 mins complain that there was no free wi Fi for phone
At the wedding did no organisation of wedding groups bride had to assist him
Left early and went to her daughters house to see if his glasses were left there don’t know why he did this as never went into property
Then came back to venue bothering the bride and groom where his glasses were
Totally un acceptable on our wedding day also he inform us that we had to pay an extra £50 towards cost but this was not mention before we agreed a price
Danarus is a great photographer in the sense of his skill but a sadly unprofessional person. He was late, said he couldn't park and I needed to pay for his parking. He was very bossy, made us uncomfortable. Halfway through he needed to charge his battery. 2 days later he said photos were ready did we want to pay extra for priority, I politely declined. He contacted again asking for more money for videography etc, again I said no. HE stated as a valued customer he would send them as a priority for free but seven weeks later we still didn't have them (I had chased). When they were sent they were a slideshow but I expected prints. He said that's all we paid for, I explained we had paid for photos. He said we could choose 50 but we had to screenshot them ourselves and he wouldn't send watermarked prints. I told him I was really unimpressed by the service and would reflect that in my review, he told me I'm a negative person and that's why my previous (double-booked) photographer dropped out. He then refused to share the photos so I said I would have to take him to small claims and he said 'good luck'. I was in tears at how he spoke to me and about the photos. thankfully a techy friend recovered them so I never have to deal with him again!
