All our afternoon tea deliveries are delivered in refrigerated vans and produce in 5* Food Rating Facility in Alton, Hampshire.

Greg and colleague were brilliant! Food was great, served very professionally and they cleared up so well that almost did not know they had been cooking in the kitchen. It was a special, memorable meal which is very much what I wanted to achieve.
What a wonderful experience having this company over for my sisters hen do. They were so quick to respond and really lovely. The chef was absolutely fantastic and made everything gluten free. Such amazing value for money and we had such a wonderful evening being fed the most delicious canapés! We didn’t need any main meal it was absolutely perfect and enough. We got more than we thought we would get as well, thank you so much forgiving my sister the best meal experience!!!!

Dinner service was fantastic and the food was amazing. So much more than we expected and catered for everyone’s needs. A special little touch with complimentary sweet plates at the end of the service was fabulous. Everyone was so satisfied with the food and Greg was so laid back and friendly. Thank you!

Greg was an extraordinary chef and caterer. He brought everything that was needed for the event and prepared all the food in time. But most importantly, the food he prepared was delicious and of the highest quality - everyone in the event loved every dish. Greg also catered for intolerances to both lactose and gluten without compromising quality. I would hire Greg again without a second thought, and would recommend it to anyone for any event.
Amazing experience!
Greg arrived promptly, set up smoothly without impacting the party and brought everything himself. The food was gorgeous and he even managed to cater for two pregnant women and one gluten free. He was so friendly and when we had finished, he cleaned up - it was like no one had been there!

Utterly fabulous and truly special afternoon tea
This is my second time ordering afternoon tea from Crane’s patisserie. The cakes/pastries are honestly the tastiest I’ve ever had and beautifully presented. Delivery was prompt. Great service, would definitely recommend and use again!

Sandwiches and Rolls were fresh.
Cakes were sublime.
And the Scones were some of the best we have tasted for a long time.

Delicious food! Delivered at around 10am and stayed fresh until about 6pm.
Absolutely fabulous. Every sandwich was fresh and every cake was a delight. One tiny, minor point - two small jars of jam not sufficient for 6 scones. 3 would have been better. However, that is a minor point and the whole tea was beautifully received.
Cran patisserie was great but PopTop did not tell them of the time of our event and so the food arrived 4 hours early meaning some of it was dry / spoiled by the time our guests arrived
I ordered this to be delivered for Mother's Day, and it went down very well indeed. Thank you!

Arrived on time. Plenty of food for two people. Some of the best patisserie we have seen and tasted.
The food that was provided was absolutely incredible. I’m so pleased we went with these guys and I would definitely use them again. The poor driver got stuck in traffic but still got to us and we had email confirmation the week before. Also brilliant value for money!
This was amazing! I had been let down at the last minute and these guys were able to accommodate my new needs and save my event. The food was awesome and the presentation was faultless. Really appreciate the fact that they came across the literal waters to work my event. Defo would use these guys again.
All in all it was rather disappointing to pay roughly a thousand pounds for 9 trays of unremarkable food.
While the food was great the service was not. 45 mins late, which I normally would not complain about if there was some communication from the caterer. I could not get hold of them by phone call or messenger. Then after leaving a negative review on Facebook I finally got a reply the following day, to be accused of lying about the late delivery.
Food was absolutely delicious BUT correspondence was non-existent which made for a stressful experience.
I rang several times and emailed but did not have any answers to my questions until the morning of the event when I was told about what we should be expecting.
As I said the food was amazing but the service could be improved a lot.
