We had an exquisite New Year's dinner party with Greg providing a sumptuous 4 course meal. He also provided canapes and chocolates, which was a lovely unexpected addition. Quality and presentation of all dishes was amazing! Portion size was very good. Greg arrived on time and brought everything himself (including setting the table with his own cutlery and crockery). Clean-up was impeccable. Greg was very friendly and very courteous. Would 100% recommend.

I would like to express my great dissatisfaction with your service for a personal event that took place on December 17th. To celebrate my Civil Partnership I requested your services to organize a celebration t for 20 people. A high-end formula that cost me more than 800 pounds and in which I was offered a "special service" for the event! When I received the order, what a disappointment when I received the canapés. My guests were disappointed and taken aback by the quality and especially the quantities of the canapés and the service in general. I did not see this famous "special service"... My guests left... disappointed and hungry! I wanted to express my dissatisfaction and tell you that the service did not live up to the event at all.

Good Afternoon Service was set up as agreed on arrival, also the qty was agreed before arrival and clearly explain what numbers will be avalible per each guest, on events like this canapes are never substantial as normally will be cold and hot buffet or bowl food served, I am sorry to state that but we have delivered exact what agreed, when arrived on site we have clearly discuss that all items will be plated on your crockery so like that we don't disturb you during the event 6 options of canapes been provided 48 pieces of each exactly what agreed regards Greg

So pleased to have found Crane Events Limited Hand-Crafted High Tea online. From booking to delivery was seamless. The Food arrived on time, was packed very well and when we opened the boxes we were happy to see it looked exactly the same as the photos on the website. The sandwiches were fresh, beautiful,tasty fillings, freshly baked scones with plenty of strawberry jam and clotted cream and the cakes were delicious. It was all above and beyond my expectations. Thank you for the wonderful food. I would highly recommend Crane Events Limited and I will be using them again.
