Pietro was a consummate professional chef throughout the whole time- from menu development to complete clear down. He just shrunk into the background during the meal itself to celebrate my 60th but believe me his culinary skills are exceptional. I have no doubt we and some of or friends and family will utilise his services again. Thank you Pietro for all that you did to make it a perfect evening. Karen
