Both David and Joanna were both amazing!! From the moment they arrived, setting up and serving drinks all night long I could not fault a thing!! Make the hen do feel so special!! Thank you both so much

Wow!, The service so much passed my expectations. David and his crew were awesome. They were all super friendly and attentive. The bar looked great. I had them for the 2 main days of my birthday , named bobfest, and there was a theme of skulls running through so I was so pleased when they embraced that theme too. Even my dog had his own treat bowl on the bar with his name and bobfest on it. The cocktails just kept flowing and they also went around with trays of cocktails and shots. I had so much positive feedback about both the service and the staff. They even setup a "hangover" bar midday with bloody marys and virgin marys which were a great success. I could not have been more happy with the service and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Cocktail Time were amazing. They were extremely accommodating given my unusual party request, they suggested a few options and worked with me to pick the best for the situation. The arrival and set-up was super quick and easy. And the cocktails were all amazing - they tasted superb, the presentation was immaculate - the party attendees couldn't stop raving about them. Highly recommended, I'll definitely book them again in future. Thanks!

Thanks to Lucian for being a wonderful bartender, but would not book via Cocktail Time (David) in future. Was initially tricky to get hold of him - waited 24 hours and left a unreturned voicemail (mentioned he was out of town - but doesn't take a minute to send an email to someone who has paid a deposit!). Eventually got a call back 2/3 days later. Put together a menu of 3 cocktails and 1 mocktail. He forgot to add soda water to the shopping list for the mocktails which luckily my wife caught while ordering (or that would have been a disaster), but coffee beans were missed for espresso martinis and there was garnish confusion where David put specific garnishes for 1 of the cocktails but didn't tell us (or the bartender) how they associated, so the bartender asked for something else. When given the feedback, he defended his list (minus the beans). I feel he needs to step up and appreciate we didn't pay him for a list, we paid for an overall management service this is quite a fundamental error. When putting the list together, he mentioned he doesn't have a standard list of cocktails but I'd rather have had a standard list then go bespoke, and miss ingredients.
