Chop and Chip Co was founded in 2013 by two close friends, Marcus and Fergus, who bonded over their passion for good food. Our mission is to serve up delicious and tender meats to the masses with a uniquely blended range of dry seasonings. We started our food journey in Big Bertha, an original 1972 Californian Airstream trailer which we painstakingly brought back to life from a nearly worn out state. We can still be found up and down the country at various outdoor events serving with pride from the now gleaming and fully fitted trailer.
Throughout the years we have developed our offering to include different setup's and menu's ranging from mass events to intimate wedding receptions. Our menu's range from plated sit-down meal's to street-food style catering. We have developed a strong reputation with our clients amassing over 300 positive reviews online.
