Chilli Gold wings

Ibukun from Chilli Gold was hot on communication from the initial booking, and provided EXCELLENT food and incredibly friendly service. They were super flexible to our dietary requirements, set up without needing any power to the van, and added a really special touch to our charity's Christmas Party. Everybody was raving about the wings, especially the maple ones!

Can't say how happy I am that the chili I bought is actually hot! But hot nice, then other chillies are too sweet or too bitter, chilli.gold mash is hot at it's best.

The smoked chilli mash is the best chilli sauce I’ve ever tasted…. And I’ve tasted lots of chilli ranges. This is what my food has been missing! Thank you for making this- lush… and hot!… and smoky!!!

We came across your stall at the St Albans Christmas Cracker event and purchased your Chipotle Chilli Mash. Your staff advised us you were somewhere up the street selling chicken wings and that we should try it out. Thank goodness we did!
Your chilli products are fantastic and some of the best I've tried anywhere. No exaggeration. Added to the chicken wings you served us (and the maple sauce you recommended) it ended up being the highlight of everything we ate on Sunday.

My wife is from the Philippines and we both lived in Asia for about 10 years together. She is a hardened chilli fan, she really enjoys natural chilli heat and the jar of smoked chilli mash from Chilli gold really is as good as it gets. Of course it has natural heat but the smokey, fruity chilies shine. I cannot recommend highly enough,, if you enjoy some heat and like the idea of spicing up your food buy a jar of this.. Works great on anything.
