I'm a chef with many years of experience
It is as simple and tailored as you want it to be. I listen to your requirements, visit your kitchen, make a few menu proposals and then make it happen. Everything I prepare is homemade from scratch in your own kitchen.The quote includes the cost of ingridients and my personal fee, which depends on the menu, guest count, type and duration of the event. There may be different formats, such as seated dinners (up to 50 people), small receptions or garden parties (up to 30 people compromise on quality etc...I will use my creativity, knowledge, passion and skills to give you a food experience that you won't forget.I am also very happy to create menu that will fit your personal requirements and that will incorporate seasonal produce. From meat lovers to vegetarians.I only use premium meats from small high quality local butchers and buy as many organic and locally produced vegetables as possible.

Thank you sooo much Chef Pat for catering my best friends hen party on Friday! Not only did you step in and help us out last minute, you did so at such a reasonable price. You created exactly what we requested, and every single course tasted delicious! All 17 of us loved the food, and you and your partner were a pleasure to work with. Thank you once again!

June 2019 Chef Pat review
Thinking I might be too late to get a private chef, I tried this site and ChefPat was the first to get back in touch with me.
Firstly, the food was beautiful, well prepared, fresh, and first class. With a choice of two starters and two mains you were able to satisfy the diverse tastes of our 15 guests. Not only were the compliments flowing during dinner but we could see by the empty plates that they were impressed. The produce was top quality, and Pat’s skill in putting it all together was very impressive. They were all very complimentary.
Your flexibility, effort and skill in suggesting the menu options, and the hard work on the night made the evening a big success and the kitchen is spotless! We will definitely use Chef Pat again on another occasion.

To say we were impressed is an understatement, we are all well travelled and have eaten in amazing places all over the world so to have such amazing food served in my home was an amazing experience.
15 ladies & he pleased all, everyones tastes catered for we had vegans / veggies / pescatarians a celiac & just your average eater Pat set us a feast that we will talk about for years.
He made our day so special I would recommend anyone planning a special meal/ event book ChefPat... A wonderfully talented man I can’t shoot enough about him 💕💕

I wish I could pick 10 stars!!! Pat was beyond amazing on my wedding day, and oh my god! The food! It was INCREDIBLE! Some of the best bbq I’ve ever had in my life, and everyone there said the same! If you need someone reliable, funny, hard working and an amazing chef, Pat is your guy! Thank you so, so much Pat!!!
