Not an event but an emergency we had to organise from abroad to get my OHs mother from Basingstoke to her husband's bedside in a London hospital after a heart operation. Jane was fantastic, making a difficult situation not only bearable, but enjoyable by taking all the stress of trains and delays etc away from all of us. We never met Jane but felt that my OH's mum would be in good hands, and she was. Thanks so much!
Hiring a car has never been so easy as what it was from Pop up. I needed a luxury vehicle for my daughter’s prom and luxury is what my daughter & her friend got. The car itself was immaculate & as advertised but Chauffeur Moi went above & beyond with customer service. The car was decorated with beautiful flowers & had ambient lighting to make anyone feel special. Corresponding with Chauffeur Moi was a most pleasant & unique experience & in my opinion it’s very hard these days to get good customer service but Chauffeur Moi was helpful, kind, pleasant & made sure all needs were accommodated. On the day of the Prom, unfortunately due to extreme personal circumstances I was unable to be there to see my daughter off or take photos & Chauffeur Moi ensured my daughter & friend had the most special time and treated them like princesses and made their night an even more amazing one from start to end. Jane was the perfect Chauffeur for our wedding day. She arrived early, was kind and professional and helped me to relax on the way to our ceremony. Jane was very professional, helpful and patient with us. We had quite a few locations on our itenery and she helped us stay within good time of our overall day schedule despite our initial lateness.
