Beef Burger - 6oz beef patty served with mature cheddar cheese, tomato relish, sriracha mayo, lettuce, pickles, crunchy onions on a brioche roll Venison Burger - 8oz Vension and red wine patty, served with red leicester cheese, duck egg wholegrain mustard mayo, red onion relish, pickles on a brioche roll. Moroccan Lamb Burger - 6oz Moroccan spiced lam patty, mature cheddar cheese, sriracha mayo, chilli jam, pickles on a fresh brioche roll. Buttermilk Chicken Burger - Deep fried battered chicken, smoked monterey jack cheese, a hash brown, sriracha mayo, chilli jam and pickles. Seitan and other Vegan Options - Our most popular vegan choice over the years is a Moving Mountains mock beef patty made from soy and pea protein, served on a San Francisco style sweetpotato roll. ALL burgers are customisable, both on the day, and in terms of the pre set sauce suggestions that we advise. If you want to curate the burgers yourself and have us create your favourite burgers, we would be happy to! Our Sides/Extras Chips - extra crispy skin-on fries.
