Description
Box Sixty Four is a mobile bar that was designed by ourselves and custom built in 2016. It is shaped to look like a VW and although not truly authentic, we have fooled many a VW lovers. It is very different to other bars available; truly bespoke and certainly turns head wherever we go.
We have attended many events over the years, including weddings, birthday parties, cooperate events, festivals - the list goes on and we love to personalise each event to the requirements of our clients. Its always an absolute pleasure to be able to create the fun atmosphere at events and provide a reliable service for your guests.
We can provide a bar fully stocked with an array of drinks including cocktails, gins, spirits and lager. And for the non drinkers we can create mocktails and/or a lovely coffee. We work with you to develop your menu and the drinks that fit your event.

We were especially impressed with the way they just got on without any fuss and with their cheery positivity despite being outside in the wind and rain for hours!! We would happily recommend them to anyone wanting an easygoing informal style (and the cocktails were delicious)

What services do you offer?
Mobile bar- can be a cash bar or tab bar or a mixture of both. We don’t do dry bars (where the client provides alcohol for us to serve) We do not hire out the van for people to use without us.

Do you cook in the same location as the banquet?

Is it possible to adapt/modify the menu?
Yes- we can provide a range of different drinks, including a gin only bar (with gins of your choice) a mixture of spirits, larger/ale and cocktails (cocktails of your choice)
What kind of cuisine do you offer?
Speciality spirits, lager/ Ale and cocktails.
Do you offer special menus?
You can tailor our menu to whatever you want it to be.
Do you also offer a wedding cake?

How does the open bar work?
We provide a tab bar, where the host pays for the guests drinks.
What is included in the menu?
This is individualised to the client.
Can I use the van with my own staff
Unfortunately this is not something we offer.
Can I provide the alcohol and you serve it?
Unfortunately this is not something we offer.
Does the van fit inside?
We use the van in marquees, inside function rooms and outside on grass or hard surface. It is not heavy and as long as there is a big enough entrance and height for the ‘pop top roof’ we can fit in most places.
What events do you do
We have provided a bar service many different events. For example: weddings, private functions ie birthday parties and corporate events, food festivals.

We are able to provide a range of different services.
We have the facilities to store beer/prosecco/wine in our double fridge. We have an ice well so all your drinks will be served icy cold (cubed and crushed)
At weddings, parties and events we can provide a simple cash bar. We can serve welcome drinks to guests at a reduced cost to the hosts. We can provide a tab bar or a mixture of tab bar and cash bar dependant on your requirements.
