Interacting with the supplier was fine however that’s where the ok experience ends. The photographer attended our event to setup and placed the equipment in such a poor angle for the photos we had to tell him to move it some everyone’s head wasn’t cut off in every image, basics. We then paid for the the photographer to stay and and administer the photos. He stayed for the first 30 minutes and then disappeared. My husband went outside looking for him but couldn’t find him. My party continued to take loads of photos all whilst the photos were being spat out on to the floor and our party had to pick them up and administer it themselves, it was horrible. The photographer then came back at the end and said it’s the last photo before he packs away and then he went. We complained to the company and they didn’t even acknowledge our grievances. It dampened our event and was the most unprofessional, disrespectful and poorly operated experience I have seen and paid for the luxury. The fact this company is operating shocks me. Stay clear
