Boogie Street are an established Live Function Band, established for 10 years. We have played literally hundreds of events all over the UK and abroad on Cruise Ships, Nightclubs, Universities, Festivals, Wedding Receptions, Corporate Functions, Christmas Parties, Casinos. Pubs, Social Clubs, Private Functions, and anywhere else you can think of!!! They have played some of the most prestigious venues the UK has to offer such as Warwick Castle, Chatsworth House, Woollaton Hall, Peckforton Castle, for the likes of Tesco, Ted Baker and John Lewis.
Classed as one of the best live bands in the Midlands, Boogie Street are a 4 piece, female fronted band with an extensive repertoire, playing a great mix of popular covers, including the latest chart hits and a selection of all time classics. No matter what age you are, or your taste in music, they will have something for everyone!!!
Boogie Street also perform fantastic 70's and 80's Tribute Shows. Perfect for Themed Events and Parties! We play all the hit songs from that era in full costume - platform boots or leg warmers at the ready! If that's not enough, we can also DJ too, keeping your guests on the dance floor all night long to nostalgic tunes!
In addition to all this, we are a dab hand with our DJ service too. We come fully equipped with DJ stand and disco lighting ready to play all your favourite tunes all night long. We are happy to make basic announcements and take requests to ensure your event runs seamlessly.
If that's not enough, we also hire out our beautiful 4ft colour changing LOVE Letters as well as our Candy or Cheese Cart decorated to your theme colour or party theme!
Boogie Street come fully self contained with state of the art PA system and lights, and the required insurances and PAT testing that most venues require.
Mel and the band were incredible! Highlight of our night for sure. Will definitely re book if we ever need a band again. They braved the elements and the bad traffic and it was truly appreciated. Couldn’t recommend more!!
I cannot recommend Boogie Street enough! My husband and I weren't able to have a big party for our wedding in March 2020 so we decided it was about time to host a celebration with friends and family. Every time I have caught up with our friends since the party (July 2023), they have not stopped talking about how excellent Boogie Street were. The song choices were perfect for the group of guests and they were simply incredible musicians. Mel and the band were so easy to work with and brought all of the equipment required (both sound and lighting). The playlist that was on in the background between sets was also well-chosen for the atmosphere of the event. I was genuinely on the dancefloor all night and would book the band again in a heartbeat. We booked Boogie Street for a 60th birthday party and from the time that they arrived at the venue to the end of a fantastic evening the music was excellent and dealing with them a pleasure. I would throughly reconmend them.
