Our bartender did a really good job. He worked extremely hard on the evening and was excellent at teaching guests how to make the drinks. It was really a lot of fun and a great addition to our Hawaiian themed party.

Gavin from Bluetail was amazing, so friendly, incredibly helpful, enthusiastic and well trained. He let us tailor our experience, by teaching us a few at a time how to make each cocktail or when we wanted he would make the full round for us. It was the perfect balance of interactive, fun and relaxing. Thank you Gavin!

We were very stressed about the bosses retirement party but you guys nailed it on the night, John really enjoyed coming up to learn how to make his favourite cocktail, he said it was the highlight of the night. Thanks again Bluetail for a stress free evening.
