Bigtopmania is a family owned company that provides circus shows, circus artists, entertainment, marquee hire, big top hire, children's activities and a lot more.
We are based in Devon and Bristol and have huge amounts of our own equipment, a large team of artists and masses of creativity to help your event go down a storm.

We work at all sorts of events eg; Community Events, Parties, Weddings, Festivals, Corporate events, Stage and Screen. We are happy to travel world-wide!

  • How long do you need to set up?

  • Do you have Public Liability Insurance?

    we have 5 million PLI and 10 million Employers liability

  • What experience do you have working with children?

    over 30 years of full time work in i guess every situation you can suggest!

  • How long is your performance?

    from 3 mins to hours./ all day/

  • What age range do you work with?

  • What venues can you work in?

    Our circus tents, halls, theatres, gardens, fields, festivals, events, marquees, all!

  • Can you work outdoors?

    we work outdoors all the time.

  • Is the show safe?

    totally safe show and marquees with huge amounts of H&S back up, safety training etc.

  • Any special requirements for the show?

    sometimes we have special needs..eg parking, dressing room, power, lights. stage area.

  • Are you DBS checked?

    full DBS for all our team.

  • Do you provide power supply?

    We expect venues to provide power. for performers it can be mains supply for music. For marquee events maybe a generator is needed . small events in gardens may be powered by mains.

  • What about marquee flooring?

    we have various options for marquee flooring. grass, new carpet, pre used carpet, modern washable matting, coconut / coir matting, dance floors, hard floors.

  • What about lighting in your marquee?

    we have lots of lighting options; fairly lights, party lights , disco lights, festoon lights, vintage lights, paper lanterns, chandeliers etc etc

  • Do you provide marquee heating?

    we have various oil fired indirect heaters..they use power supply to blow the heat in. the fumes stay outside. the heat comes form burning kerosene or red diesel.

  • Do you provide insurance cover?

    We have our own stock, PLI and Employers insurance. When kit is hired out we expect the hairier to have their own insurance. WE cen help arrange this.

  • Can you supply other things apart from the marquee?

    We have lot of marquee hire Accessories; furniture, flooring, lighting, dance floor, decor, stage, disco equipment, entertainment ,etc

  • What are the colour schemes for the marquees and can they be changed?

    We mainly have marquee made from white canvas, white pvc, red and white, red and yellow, red, red and cream.

  • How can you decorate your marquee?

    We have lots of creative decor. Vintage velvets, drapes, swags, pole covers, tiered items to hang up, circus sign boards, etc.

  • Do you limit the number of children that we can invite to our child's Birthday party?

    no limit!
