The staff on the day were amazing, driver was early, ice and drinks were ready as we onboarded, office staff were helpful with timings etc, and we were able to change return time an hour early with no issues

We recently booked Big Baller Bus for transportation into London for my daughter's hen night on the 25th June. The service provided by Big Baller Bus was exceptional from start to finish. The company was always prompt in answering any questions we had, and our driver ensured that our journey was enjoyable by providing us with music and complimentary drinks. We were pleasantly surprised when our driver took us to see and take pictures of the London Eye from across the river, as we arrived early to our next destination. This added to our memorable afternoon and evening. We highly recommend Big Baller Bus and would definitely use their services again.
