We are BEEF ON THE BLOCK. I have a 1964 converted Peujoet J7 Van, and my signature dish is the British Classic: Steak & Chips. All of my steak is sourced only from the Queens butchers: Aubrey Allen Bavette Cut Steak, Hand Cut fries from Lower Baveney Farm and a choice of either homemade Peppercorn sauce, Chimichurri, Blue Cheese or Gravy. his is my standard menu for public events. Alternative Menus and Dishes can be arranged and provided to suit your needs and/or dietary requirements.
