On a stick London is a new concept to long time street food brownie trader Rowena. Everyone enjoys a good tasty waffle…what’s a better way to have them than on a lollipop stick? I have experience in outdoor catering, the confines of small fast-paced “kitchen” spaces, customer service (including intolerance awareness) and to delicious waffle recipe. By the way, the recipe can be adapted to vegan and/ gluten free if required.
These sweet waffles pop style dessert are , cooked fresh in front of your guests with their choice from the pre-selected menu options. Our station can be set up either outdoors or indoors
