Joe from Baxters was great! He kept in touch before our wedding and was friendly and helpful. He told me how it would all work, what time he would arrive and what he would need. He turned up on time, set up and served with no fuss! Everyone loved the fish n chips. They were freshly battered and cooked and generous portions. Highly recommend Baxter's Food Truck for any event! We booked very last minute and luckily they had a cancellation and Joe was extremely helpful getting everything sorted for us. Food was great, everyone in our office was highly impressed and we would definitely consider booking again!
