When sheer uniqueness and an abundance of talent forms one unforgettable collective of musicians, you will find Babel Brass Band!

Babel Brass Band came to the Dublin Castle, Town and owned the room. Their big bold brass explosion of sound captivated the audience and had people up and dancing from the get go, even though they were performing an early evening support slot. In fact, no names, no pack drill, they blew the headliners off stage! The BBB format is a bunch of brilliant players getting their hands (and mouths!) on contemporary pop and urban bangers and deftly turning them into irresistible, sassy soul jazz jams. Take their version of the massive Skrillex tune 'Bangarang' ...in the BBB version the structure of the original dubstep electro template is stretched and shaken until its almost hidden melody and funky groove is revealed. Net result- Dancing, broad grins and happy punters. A great night out.

Babel brass bought the house down with their arrangements of new and old classics, across several genres. Entirely professional, nice to work with and happy to adapt to the venue's needs where possible. Would happily recommend it to anyone.
