Astra Marquees, proudly based and grown in Wirral started in 2006, is a family run business with a 'can do' attitude to ensure your event goes smoothly and to budget. We love working with clients to set up their special occasion, be it a wedding, a family party, beer festival or other event.
FAQs
Do you provide power supply?
We can connect our marquee lighting and electrical systems to your own suitable supply or offer various sized generators to suit your requirements.
What about marquee flooring?
We can supply you with matting for your floor or for a flatter, safer and better looking option, wooden flooring with carpet over. If you have ground that is uneven or sloping, we can supply a raised floor that gives you a perfectly level surface on which to hold your event.
What about lighting in your marquee?
We have a range of lighting options, including (but not limited to) chandeliers, festoon lighting, fairy lights, spot lights and up-lights.
Do you provide marquee heating?
We have small, medium and large heaters to suit the various sized marquees we supply.
Do you provide insurance cover?
We can put you in touch with insurance suppliers.
What are the colour schemes for the marquees and can they be changed?
Ivory lining as standard. Black star-cloth lighting additional as well as coloured swags and overlays.
How can you decorate your marquee?
We can advise on positioning and fixing of decorative items within and outside of the marquee. These may include bunting, lighting or themed items.
Set List/Services
Marquee hire, including aluminium framed marquees and pagodas ranging from 3m to 15m wide.
We also stock (or are able to supply) flooring, carpet, lining, furniture, dance floors, bar fronts and a range of lighting options.
If you need loos we can supply either festival style loos or a luxury loo trailer.
Power generation also supplied.
