We are very glad we found Ashley Barnard to photograph our wedding. He was quick to respond to my message, friendly and was very happy do adapt to my vague plans of taking some photos between the civil ceremony and the blessing. He took great photos inside the venues and managed to take some great pictures outside (overcoming some harsh lighting and the very extreme winds of Storm Kathleen). The photos at the church were beautiful and he managed to capture some very special moments. He also included photos I hadn't expected, taking a nice shot of a carved wooden mouse at his pulpit in the church, photos of some of the lovely baking people had brought and the table flowers my friend had arranged - these are some of the details you miss on your wedding day so it was lovely to see them. He managed to send the photos just after 2 weeks after the wedding, which was well before the estimated time on the website.
