Artisan Cuisine is based in Northamptonshire and is owned and run by Mark Totton who takes an active role in the business as Head Chef.
Mark gained his experience in the Catering Trade over a period of more than 20 years, and has covered all aspects and positions within the industry.
“I discovered my enthusiasm for food at an early age enjoying all the practical aspects of cooking. I found that cooking allowed my creativity to run wild which ultimately lead to my dreams of enjoying a job that I am passionate about.

Artisan Cuisine Limited set up the hog roast very well and the Chef, Darren was friendly, polite and helpful.
The roast pig and accompaniments were served on time and were excellent as was commented so by many of our guests. Darren removed the hog roast equipment and cleared up to a very good standard. Highly recommended.

All ~150 attendees of the event greatly enjoyed all the food provided, so much so that the vast majority had seconds or even thirds! Professional, yet friendly staff, well-prepared food and a quality stall. Well worth the price.
