The car is great looked just like it does in the photos. We found liaison on the day less than ideal - we'd have liked a confirmation text message to put our minds at ease. The driver was later than planned which didn't impact us much but did mean we were caught up in the final stages of getting the bride ready and had less time to talk with him. What I didn't like was the music played it seemed so inappropriate for a wedding - current rap style music with swearing in the lyrics. It just didn't go with the car or the experience we had in mind. My husband did ask for it to be turned off before he got in with our daughter, but it really wasn't appropriate for our other guests who were travelling in the car before and we weren't aware until I got in with the groom. So, I'd recommend but suggest you talk about music options ahead of time and ensure you have an easy way to communicate established.

I booked the Rolls Royce Phantom for my sons Prom. Fahim was very accommodating when we needed to change the timings slightly. The car was lovely and the lads were over the moon with their choice. I thought the pricing was fair compared to other hire companies. Overall a great experience and would definitely use again.
