All Stretched Out

The driver was lovely. However I spoke to a gentleman the day before the event, and assured me all way paid for. On the day I was told I owe the driver £50.00. Which makes no sense. I also have emails stating I have paid for all. - I paid it off. As he stopped the bus to a cash point…. We also did not get are full 2 hours. We left at 20:45, we booked in for 20:30. & didn’t get to start until 21:05. As we were interrupted to go to a cash point. I don’t understand what exactly I paid the full £325 for as well as the £50 on top? Please contact me as soon as possible.

Overall quite disappointing. Was told it was 20 minutes late which quickly turned into 45 minutes. We missed our next booking as a result and the driver didn’t have much sympathy. To add insult to injury our time was cut short to 45 minutes. Wouldn’t recommend.

Hired for a year 11 prom night, they had a lovely time. It did arrive half an hour late which only gave them half an hour in the bus. The driver was lovely and very friendly.

Driver was a nice chap nothing was a problem all In all A good service well worth the money

Perfect from start to finish. Great communication and driver picked us up on time. The party bus was soooo much fun and sam our driver went over and above to be hospitable even getting us water on the way home! Honestly would never bother using another company again as this was flawless
