AJ Limos

Excellent service, very punctual, great guy

I booked the car for my daughters prom, for a 1 hour service. While emailing from myself to AJ Limos was spot on the service on the night was very disappointing unfortunately. I explained in an email that I wanted my daughter picking up at 5.30pm (arrived exactly spot on 👍) Also expained that i wanted my daughter to arrive at the venue for 6.15pm no earlier. I received a phone call at 6pm to say she had been dropped off. We had just parked up and walking to the venue via the back. So disappointed to not see her arrive, I will never get the opportunity to see her arrive at prom again. I explained on the phone that I wasn't happy as I had paid for a 1 hour service and not half an hour. To which the gentleman said do you want me back at the venue, I said yes. All we managed to do was sit my daughter in the car at the venue so some photos could be taken. The driver did send me some photos of her arrival but it's so not the same as me watching her arrive myself in person, absolutely heartbroken to of not been there. So instead of me paying and getting a 1 hour service I paid full price for a 35 minute service. Car was absolutely beautiful though and perfect for what I needed. Just wish I had seen my daughter arrive.

AJ Limos were a fantastic addition to our wedding day! I wanted a more traditional wedding car for the big day so my other half began gathering quotes online. PopTop made finding the right car straightforward and stress free. On the day, the driver arrived promptly and was really friendly. They got us to the venue in plenty of time and stayed for photos after the ceremony, which was a really nice thing to do as we hadn't booked extra time to allow for this originally. The car was decorated with ribbons for us which was a great extra and we got lots of compliments when we arrived at the venue. We made a few changes in the lead up to the big day and they were so understanding and quick to respond which meant we got everything we wanted.
