I highly recommend Zibu and the team at Adapt Events. They provided 2 bar tenders to run a cocktail bar at a party in a private residence, which went brilliantly, with Rob and Larissa playing a big part in making it a success with their energetic service and great cocktails. The service provided by Adapt, from booking through to the event aftermath, was on point with Zibu helping me through the process and with details such as advising on the bar location, cocktails to choose, quantities of drinks and other materials. He put up with loads of questions from me and was highly responsive at all times. Pricing with the benefit of seeing the service quality seemed very good value. On the day, the ice and bar team arrived on time and got straight to work setting up. Feedback from guests was that they enjoyed the drinks, and I could see the team were serving efficiently, plus keeping an eye on the remote welcome drinks bar. I also want to express my gratitude for the care they took to show my daughter and her friend the ropes on how to run the remote bar. After the party, both continued to work and supported the initial clean-up, leaving the bar area organised. All up - highly recommended and very much appreciated. Book Adapt for your event!

I couldnt reccomend Zibu enough. Our guests loved him and the cocktails were amazing! We were able to customise the drinks on offer to suit our event and our budget which Zibu was very accomodating with. Afterwards he gave us a shopping list for all the drinks and also offered a sale or return policy for unused drinks. Overall it was a super simple and flexible experience and it really gave our wedding an extra special feeling. Thanks Zibu!

From day one, this event was so easy to plan and manage. Zibu was excellent at communicating and was always quick to respond to any queries I had (big or small). Johnny was an absolute star and made everyone’s night really special. He was incredibly patient with the millions of children that were running around him and generally was able to fit in with our group just like he was one of the gang. I cannot recommend this company enough and will definitely be using them again.
