My waiter was an hour late because of train issues which wasn’t a great start as most of my guests arrived on time.
But once he arrived he listened to and recorded my requests well and shortly after getting his feel which took about 30mins, he was good. Fielding requests and accurately carry out my requirements

The team of 3 did an excellent job. Professional, courteous, flexible. Gina was fantastic! She is very knowledgeable about cooking and events hosting, so really took the stress off me. Would highly recommend!

Maria was fantastic from start to finish. She went above and beyond was wonderfully kind to all our guests and her experience was clear - she needed very little direction from us which was ideal in the moments before a busy party. We wouldn’t hesitate to book her again and highly recommend her to others.

Activ8 serving staff (Gina and Peta) were faultless: charming, prompt, professional, and capable. Mark responded to all queries in advance, although the PopTop platform took several days to connect us.

A overall poor experience of the staff provided by Acitv8 Live. One of the staff members was half an hour late, while the other did not understand simple instructions about setting up the bar owing to poor English skills, making it challenging to communicate even basic things like how to get into the venue. They both helped pack down after the event, which was helpful, but failed to fulfil their main function, which was to set up the bar correctly and serve drinks.
