From the very first contact we were looked after. Time was taken to understand our audience and the acts were matched to our venue. It was an outstanding show and customer feedback was immense. It was that successful that we now run this every month. Tickets sell out within days and we usually have a waiting list. Extremely disappointed. Comedian showed up but left before performing his act!!!!! Thankfully we were able to carry on with the fundraising event without this particular comedian and it turned out to be a very successful evening. I have given one star as it would not allow me to give none!! I shall not be using a rush of laughter ever again!!!
The comedian did not read his audience and due to him thinking that he was funny he offended everyone. He would have been ok in a working men's club but most certainly not in a Rotary club where more than fifty percent of the audience were ladies.
