Very happy with the servivce both barmen very professional

Absolutely disgusted, I spoke to a lady at A La Carte a few days prior to confirm details and I sent a very detailed email of what the staff were to do (whilst I was at the registry office) and a map of the venue. I had set out the bowls and stuff for lunch they were supposed to greet guests with a mini bottle of prosecco and hand out favour bags, then go and clean the bowls and fill them with the food for lunch. On my way back from the registry office my sister rang, who had just arrived at the venue to say the staff has not been given these instructions and so nothing had been done as they didn't know what to do. When I arrived I had to abandon my guests and work damn hard for the 1st hour and a half of my wedding to get lunch ready, which meant I a lot of things I had planned never happened. I am so upset and will be speaking to them about compensation.

We hired two wait staff to assist handing out drinks and clear tables at our wedding party. The girls were both extremely sweet and friendly and worked efficiently behind the scenes to keep the day running smoothly. Would recommend for sure.

Great cocktail staff provided by A La Carte Crew . They arrived on time and made great cocktails all night for my daughter’s 18th birthday party . They even helped collecting the glasses , nothing was too much trouble . Thank you .
