We used 24 Carrot Promotions for our marquee and equipment hire for our wedding reception near Cardigan. We were hugely impressed with the service provided by from start to finish. When we first met Andy we were confident that he would help us create an excellent venue and he did not disappoint. All of our requests (however odd!) were accommodated without hesitation, and any minor hitches dealt with seamlessly. Andy’s advice on how best to make things work was spot on and helped us to develop our own plan for the day. The team who assembled the marquee did it swiftly, professionally and in very good humour – they were a pleasure to work with. We are fully covered by Public Libility Insurance. We also offer a Damage Waiver (5% of contrcat value) which will cover any accidental damages to equipment. We do not offer cover for losses or malicious damage so we advise taking out 'Hired In Equipment' cover with your own Event Insurance for peace of mind. We are happy to recommend a couple of Event Insurance Companies if you don't already have your own in place.
We supply a full range of accessories ranging from flooring, carpet, linings and furniture right through to the finishing touches such as decor, dance floors and table linen. We also supply staging both indoor and an outdoor covered stage. We can supply a staffed licensed mobile bar for your event too. Extras such as generator, toilets, heating and much more are also supplied.
Ivory linings are supplied which can be customised to your colour scheme with colour overlays, window drapes and pelmets. Carpet is also supplied in a range of colours as well as the table linen. Colour wash lighting can also be used for a subtle or vibrant colour, controlled by a simple-to-use desk controller so you can change through the event or even set as sound activated.
We supply a full range of lighting effects, fairy lights, festoon, colour wash, as well as bunting and disco effects with mirror ball. Linings and starlight backdrops can be supplied also as well as a range of speciality dance floors. We can also supply a wide colour range of table linen.
