The mixologist, Sam, who was sent was brilliant - he was professional, engaging and went above and beyond.
The only disconnect I would say is that it was clear it was an outsourcing model between PopTop, the company and then onto Sam, where in the process not all information was passed on effectively. Something that could be improved by Pop Top.
Mixologist was great. The agency little slow at times to replay to messages. I would have rated them 5stars, the shopping list they gave me was missing 3 crucial ingredients despite me giving them a list of favourite cocktails 🍸. They suggested I buy thirteen bags of crushed & cube ice. I brought 10 of each and still had 12 leftover. Only suggestions I’ve for the agency is they let the mixologist request the ingredients list. Totally recommend 👍😁
Really easy booking process and regular updates before the event itself. The two bartenders were absolutely awesome and made out event that much better. 100% recommend this service for anyone looking to take the stress out of a boozy party!

On the night we had a guy called Harry who was an excellent mixologist. Everyone was very happy and have insisted we never want another party without Harry!
He also cleared up, cleaned, washed glasses it was very impressive professional service that I would highly recommended
1929 bartenders added a fantastic dimension to my birthday party! My guests loved having cocktails made for them and it saved me a lot of work. The team were professional and friendly. They brought glasses, straws and lots of ice (the ice was booked as an optional extra but Angel brought extra along at no extra charge due to the high temperatures that day).
Angel called me once the online booking was confirmed and talked me through the process. All email communication thereafter was rapid and helpful. I would recommend Angel and his team and I do think they provide excellent value for money and would definitely book them again if we have an occasion that requires their services.
The only criticism I would have, is that the shopping list of spirits was far in excess of what we needed or used. We had over half left, so if in doubt, check in (which is what I should have done).

The three, Gabriella, Emma and Daniel were professional, cheerful, helpful and took care of everything - always ready to go the extra mile. All communications with Angel were very clear and helpful. The couple who assisted us in serving drinks at our reception were smartly dressed, very professional and so friendly. They made our return from the church and the start of the reception run smoothly and we highly recommend them for all their help. They made the event stress free and our caterers were very impressed by their professionalism and good communication. Thank you so much for all the great help they provided and we will definitely use the 19/29 agency again.

I had a garden luncheon for my birthday and wanted to do something different. So I hire Angel to make cocktails I hand picked for my guests. It went down fantastic. Angel was so accommodating, professional, clean and great attire. My family and friends were very impressed and now want to hire him. Excellent service, very easy to communicate and Angel was very helpful by keeping in regular contact making sure I have everything I need for the event. Family and friends were very happy and entertained with cocktails. Anton was making all sort of cocktails and mock-tails and also explaining the mixture.
