The Fab Patisserie couldn't do enough to make it special, great communication, great personal touch, living so far away in Scotland my mind was put at ease by an extremely caring understanding person, it was like dealing with a family member. The tea spread was lovely, such a great range of sweets. The sandwiches were simple and nice, I appreciate the salmon ones being wrapped separately. My only concern was that the scones were quite hard and I'm not sure whether that's due to incorrect storage on my part, the recipe The Fab Patisserie uses or a one-off issue. Wow .... Found this site and chard catering as a kind of last min.com option the whole process was seamless and the food incredible will 100% recommend both these services.
