Contacted the supplier a few days before - such lovely guys very friendly discussing extra options needed, slight issue on delivery but was rectified straight away and even the rain didn’t stop them making sure everything was safe and ready for use. Rob at Poles Apart was amazing from start to finish. We booked relatively last minute as the weather looked like it was going to be rainy - but they were really helpful in advance and on the day. The bell tent was great and beautifully decorated and they even put stickers on the roof to match our theme as well as other decorations and sweetly jars. We’ll use them again in a heartbeat.

The experience was great. Family and friends alike were surprise by the gazebo and they absolutely love it; the smoke machine and lights added an atmosphere that was similar to a club while keeping the home environment. Even in the future, we would rent one out again.
