Recent review: We 100% recommend Jim’s disco and karaoke. Jim was brilliant from beginning to end and really helped create a fantastic party for my dads 70th birthday. Jim kept in touch before the party, arriving nice and early to set up beforehand. Jim couldn’t have been more accommodating throughout the night and was keen to play the kind of music that would go down best. The karaoke was also a great success, Jim brilliantly singing a few numbers throughout the night. Can’t recommend Jim enough.

Recent review: Paul provided music / entertainment at our recent staff fancy dress party. He arrived much earlier in the day at a mutually convenient time and ensured that the whole set was properly set up. He was there comfortably before the 7.30 start and spent time checking sound and lighting. Not only this but he made the effort to come along on fancy dress (full Womble costume) which he didn’t have to do by any means but meant that he made an immediate impression, formed great relationships with the guests and really entered into the spirit of the event. The sound was excellent and the lighting amazing. Paul’s music was great – pitched really well for the event and for those attending. A range of modern, contemporary and nostalgic music. He even found some quite unusual tracks following requests; he could easily have shrugged his shoulders and said “Not got it!” but so keen was he to make the event a success that he sourced tracks such as the Knight Rider and Baywatch theme tunes!!! A great night’s music and entertainment from a genuinely decent guy!

Recent review: "Lux Bay Duo provided the entertainment for our wedding in December 2018, and they were amazing! We first heard them perform in the summer of 2018 and were really impressed by the quality and variety of their set. Prior to the wedding, Mick came to see us to discuss our playlist and a running order for the evening, which included the cutting of the cake, our first dance, Becci’s vocal sets (which really got the party started) and Mick’s DJ sets, which kept the dance floor filled all night. We cannot praise Lux Bay Duo highly enough. Mick and Becci are such lovely, friendly people, and they are consummate professionals.
