Booked for Birthday party

I booked the inflatable led photo booth, however that’s not what I got on the evening. I got a flower back drop & the book to put the photos in was very plain and didn’t even have happy birthday ( not even daughters name or 21st ) . Didn’t want to cause a scene at the party but very disappointed . They weren’t very responsive to any of my emails or phone calls before event either.

"We had the Photobooth for my daughters 16th Birthday Party. It was an absolute knock out. Everyone enjoyed it from young to old. Only booked for 2 hours should have booked longer really. Will do next time. The owners were excellent. Service I could not fault at all. Whatever we asked they accommodated. They were on time made it look so effortless. Explained everything to us before they left. Lovely people.
