Designed to take all stress out of the evening, you are the Detective team and the suspects/ Inspector are played by our professional comedy improvisers. Though-out the event you have plenty of opportunity to question suspects, decipher clues, and try to avoid red herrings along the way! Our shows are suitable for all age ranges, but we recommend an age rating of 13+ due to adult themes (mainly murder!).

I hired Enigmatic Theatre for a hen party and they were excellent. The booking process was straightforward and Enigmatic were helpful, flexible, and charming. They made a seamless addition to the party and clearly knew how to read the room and play their parts accordingly. We chose the 1920’s murder mystery, which was great for a hen party as we also dressed up in 1920s outfits to set the scene. The actors provided entertainment and clues throughout our dinner and timed the escape room between courses. The acting was immersive and brought a lot of life (and murder!) to the party! If you are looking for a slightly different hen party activity, I definitely recommend this company!

We booked Phil for our Murder Mystery party for our dad’s 70th birthday party. We had a great evening and thoroughly enjoyed playing our characters! Phil was excellent and we were impressed with how well he quickly worked out who were the more confident players among us and who were happy to take on more of an ‘observer’ role; everyone got to participate yet no-one felt they were put on the spot. We had a brilliant evening- thank you Phil!

Amber and Jessica of Nobody's Fool Mystery games helped create a spectacular evening for my birthday party. I loved the warmth and positive energy they brought to the event in addition to a top-notch murder mystery game experience. They really thought through all of the details and were generous with their time in advance of the event. I enjoyed the fact that they came in fancy dress to help set the mood. They struck the right balance between guiding the event and leaving us alone to enoy ourselves. I highly recommend using them!

Great actors and they helps make a fantastic event. Simple communication, and credit to the 3 actors as for days afterwards my guests were discussing what the others were doing between appearances (they thought there had been 5 actors!)
