Recent review: "Paul and Carol were amazing from the beginning. They went through the process step by step and were extremely efficient at replying to any queries I had. They went above and beyond when I asked if I could use a border that I found myself and went to considerable lengths to allow this to happen. On the day of my event everything went exactly as they said it would and the service they provided was second to none. They were very friendly and engaging people who really helped enhance the experience. There were lots of props available and they really assisted us so that everyone got the most out of their experience. Great fun was had by all and everyone at the wedding spoke very highly of the whole experience. Would not hesitate to use them again and highly recomend hire magic mirror to all to enhance your special occasion. We hired them as a total surprise for the bride and groom who I might add initially were not 100% sold on their initial idea of what they were expecting but even they were totally won over by the whole experience and all the guests were blown away and felt it totally enhanced the evenings celebrations. Recent review: "DO NOT RECOMMEND. Unfortunately although the photobooth itself was good on the night, i am very disappointed by the fact it is now 10 weeks after the event and i have not received the digital photos at all. I have tried to contact Victoria numerous times (and so poptop). When Victoria did respond to a few of these attempts, I was consistently met with messages like 'apologies i will get onto this right now/ i will send this over tomorrow'. I do not recommend using this company if you actually want to see the photos taken from the night."

Great and efficient communication once everything was confirmed it was clearly communicated with us and on the day they provided digital and box of props. Recent review: The girls really enjoyed it. We were very pleased, thank you. Only a couple of comments; Some of the photos had my daughters name misspelt - Some photos had Jemima's 10th birthday (spelt correctly) but some had an h on the end of her name so read Jemimah's 10th birthday (incorrect spelling!) also it did stop working a couple of times but Noah was quick to sort out. Overall I was very pleased.

Recent review: Photo booth attendant left at the beginning of the event. Photobooth stopped working and attendant took ages to come back so about an hour of the three hours we payed for we were unable to use it however we received no partial refund or compensation. Attendant got mouthy with one of my friends. We were promised a usb or online availability for all of the photos but we still have not received it

Recent review: Magic touch photo booth was so accommodating. Natalie predesigned my start-up screen and asked for my input so it was unique for me. On the day they were prompt and able to set up in my dining room area. Throughout the event were very professional, greeted all my guests and made sure that many took photos and signed the guestbook. Natalie and her assistant are friendly positive and knew exactly what to do when the machine needed more paper or guests needed help working out all the options. I was extremely happy with the service I received and they made my evening a night to remember. Afterwards they gave me all the photos and guestbook promptly after the event.
