You'll also be provided with access to his user friendly music planning system where you'll be able to organise music in advance of the date. The quote includes afternoon setup of sound and lighting (if required). Max time between band & DJ: 5 hours (band 2 x 60mins) The band and DJ will share the same sound and lighting rig and will all be present for the full evening. Ceilidh Up To 3 Hours (Midnight Finish)

Hello and thank you for your enquiry. Annasach Ceilidh Band would be available and delighted to play for your ceilidh. Our standard fee for a ceilidh up to three hours long and finishing by midnight includes – • Three piece band of fiddle, piano and bass. • A dedicated, experienced dance “caller”. • Fully PAT (Portable Appliance Testing) tested PA system and lighting. • Public Liability Insurance. • All travel expenses to your venue. Our typical evening would be playing from 9pm until midnight, and we would require an hour before the start time to set-up. We normally take up to a 30 minute break (although not if playing for 2 hours or less) in the middle of the evening, for example timed with the buffet, although all timings are flexible and we can cater for your individual requirements. Annasach has been playing for ceilidhs, parties, birthdays, folk festivals and weddings since 1990 throughout Scotland, the UK and most recently Germany, France, Portugal and Switzerland. We have a solid reputation, providing an energetic vibrant sound to entertain your guests. We have a dedicated dance caller, Tricia (who is probably the most important member of the band!), who has years of experience and is guaranteed to calm any nerves and make sure that everyone enjoys themselves. If you would like to come and see Annasach play live then we regularly play for public ceilidhs and we would be happy to provide you with a pair of complimentary tickets! With Annasach you are dealing with the musicians directly and we know how important the music is to your evening for generating the perfect atmosphere. Our two piece ceilidh band has a lineup of fiddle/pipes/vocals/guitar/cajon and flute/sax/caller. Our unique sound is created by using live looping so two musicians sound like a full band! Two multi instrumentalists make for an entertaining evening, our calling guarantees that everyone can join in, whether they have ceilidhed before or not, our style is friendly and informal. We can also include songs when people want a breather from the dancing. This booking is 2-4 hrs with break. We come with full PAT tested PA and pli insurance. Traditional Scottish/ Irish/ English accordion & fiddle band, Yorkshire based, over 40 years playing Scottish Ceilidh for Weddings, Barn Dances, Burns', St Andrew's, Caledonian Societies, Reelers and RSCD Societies - Old Tyme and Northumbrian repertoire also a speciality. Our lineup is a trio of accordion, fiddle and snare with a very experienced caller - an ex art teacher who is used to explaining to the class. Most other instruments and any size of band, with or without caller can be provided. We can also provide a vocalist - mainly folk and Irish songs - not pop. We can work around your arrangements and an average evening is two sets across 3-ish hours before midnight including a break.
