From start to finish we experienced nothing but professionalism and friendliness.
Email correspondence between myself and Cotswold bells has been great. Really good communication and i knew what to expect and what was happening every step of the process.
The event was a massive success and everyone was so happy with the service provided. The bell tents were amazing.

The tent was amazing and so efficiently put up and taken down. Nothing was too much trouble for Angela. The decorations and lights were fantastic. I had 6 very happy 11 year olds who had the best birthday party sleepover ever……thanks so much

Excellent service from Andy. Great communication and prompt delivery and take-down. The bell tent was brilliant and came with garland, bunting and battery powered fairy lights. Perfect for an extra special garden party.
My only feedback for poptop would be to confirm a few more details before asking for the balance to be paid, as it wasn't 100% clear what was included or when the pick-up would be. That was fine when paying the deposit by I would prefer to know the details before paying the rest.

The tent basically was the main event and gave my husband a really special birthday celebration :)
We loved the fairy lights and the decorations. We did add floor matts and pillows as sitting on the group was quite cold. We loved loved loved the electric fire!
Only area of improvement would be to have a specific time for drop off and delivery. We were expecting mid day, although I was happy to get it longer, it coming at an unexpected time caused some logistical issues, especially as it was a surprise ;)
