I hosted a 40th birthday party at a hotel function room, with a DJ, bar and food. I thought a photobooth would enhance the experience. Unfortunately, I received a message from Relev.ent just before they were due to turn up to say that the booth had broken in transit. I was a little disappointed but as it's not the central part of the party it didn't matter too much. Relev.ent have been fantastic at responding to messages; very clear, concise and well written. They refunded me the full amount even though it meant they were at a loss (service charge gets paid to PopTop). I am pretty confident had the Booth been installed that their services would've been excellent, too. I may not have experienced the Booth but I will not hesitate to get in touch if I needed a photobooth in future.
