They did an amazing job! The food was great, they turned up on time and just cracked on, without bothering us at all! Super reliable, very professional and amazing food. Everybody loved it!

Communication was fantastic and my guests loved the added touch of a candy floss and popcorn machine. Would highly recommend them. Couldn't fault the service if I tried! They arrived on time and had a really cute set up and we're lovely to deal with :)

Christian was great at our wedding! He travelled 4 hours to get to us (which we didn't know until he got to the wedding). All of our guests loved the service Christian provided. Very good value for money and an overall lovely guy! Would recommend to anyone wanting popcorn/candy floss at their wedding!

Igloo was great, all the guests were wowed and Christian was very friendly and understanding when I had to change the date.

We hosted an event at a student accommodation and this was absolutely fantastic!! Christian and his team turned up with plenty of time to prep, they were brilliant with out students and the food was incredible!!! I would highly recommend to anyone!

Christian was very helpful on the day nothing too much trouble. The only disappointment was I thought I was having blue raspberry and strawberry flavour. It didn’t matter as all
of the guests enjoyed it!!

Perfect addition to any event!! Used in school leavers prom and everyone (both kids and adults) loved it !!

The igloo tent was amazing , complete with a heater , disco ball , lights and even a red carpet ! My daughter had a fab birthday party !

From the start of my initial enquiry Midlands were very helpful, they tailor-made my package to my needs and the price was right. Even though I never used them before I was confident in the service I would receive. Due to pandemic, my event was postponed and we have some contact about it being rescheduled. Fast track to this year nearer to event necessary information was shared and all was set.

They came to event on time was professional and friendly throughout to my guests and went over and above to please

We hired the magic mirror selfie booth for our wedding reception. Everyone loved it and got involved. They were great at printing the pictures and putting them into a guestbook we provided ourselves. Props were a lot of fun. It was great, thanks

This is the first time we hired a hot tub for my nieces hen party, and I was worried we would be let down and no it was plan sailing, until we had a few hiccups when the hot tub stoped working, we contacted the company and it was resolved and we had it for extra week, which was really brilliant of them, I will be using this company in the future.

Used for a small wedding and everyone loved it. Staff were very friendly and polite.

Photo booth was amazing kids really enjoyed the photo booth and was a perfect touch to my daughter birthday party,this created lots memories she can look back on. The gentleman was friendly, attentive and coped well with the demand of the young teenagers which shows he had patience and enthusiasm. Would definitely recommend and would definitely book this again for any future events.

Fantastic entertainment and value for money everyone loved it and we have our memories captured both in a beautiful photo book provided by midlands premiere events and USB stick.

They arrived on time to set things up, they were easy to contact and also helped with getting thing arranged promptly. The guests were blown away with the vast choices of things to place into the chocolate fountain. This is definitely top quality stuff that they use as i have been to many events where chocolate fountains are used and this has been by far my favourite.

I arrange my friends Hen do in a teepee this weekend. I planned for a festival theme and chose Midlands Premier Events to supply a popcorn and candy floss machine. This was the icing on the cake to the hen do! Christian was the person who attended the event. He was absolutely fantastic. Before the event he was very approachable and happy to be flexible with plans. Turned up on time, set up without any stress. I was quite stressed out trying to run around and finish things off and Christian went and found plug sockets etc without needing my involvement. Turned up with a smile and couldn’t do enough on the day! I will 100% be using this company again- professional and exactly what I wanted and more! Can’t thank you enough- Midlands premier events- can’t recommend enough! One very happy bride to be :-)

I use choc fount on a regular basis for events and they’re definitely the best in the business. Top quality goods, spotlessly clean with first class service and presentation. Definitely the best chocolate fountains and light up letters I have ever seen!!! Prices are extremely good value for money given the service provided and quality of the goods available to hire. Can not recommend enough!

Very good experience. Hot tub was a hot for husband's birthday. Fab surprise. Only downfall was that it took so look to heat up. Otherwise brilliant.

Professional service, set up very smooth, pleasant people, everyone seemed to really enjoy it. My only criticism is maybe there could have been more props as a lot of people had to use the same dressing up. Also we have not received memory stick. Overall a good addition to our party.

Late on arrival, unhelpful, never responded to messages without significant chase.

Poor contact by donut supplier - I had to chase repeatedly and to ensure I settled invoice before the event. On the day of the event the driver who brought the drab board of donuts was not going to leave it as he wanted payment!! Just stress you can do without - would I recommend no - even though I had an apology - too late
