A great service from beginning to end. Easy booking and communication between the supplier. On the day, the car arrived early and patiently waited for the girls. Lots of photo opportunities- no pressure to rush. Took the girls on a little drive before heading to the venue. The car looked top notch and the air con was a god send on the hottest day of the year! We booked this, Rolls Royce from VIP travels for my son's school Prom and we really loved the Car & the Sservice.
VIP Travels were very responsive and patient with our numerous queries and a couple of changes in the route.
The Car was as it was in the pics; clean and well maintianed.
Special mention to the Chauffeur from VIP Travels , he was extremly patient , professional and friendly at the same time ; helped us in taking pics and videos.
Overall it was a Wonderful experience , Thank you Poptop and VIP travels for making it a memorable experience.

Tony was absolutely brilliant! His flexibility helped us to avoid catastrophe when our chartered boat trip was delayed by a rowboat competition on the Thames -- he was able to re-deliver our group to another pier across the river, and was able to re-schedule our pick-up at the end of the boat trip, through demonstrations being held in Trafalgar Square, and all other manner of unexpected changes at the last moment. He saved the day for our event!
