Fantastic service from start to finish. They communicated really well and were very responsive and accommodating to my requests. On the day, the team putting up the gazebo were fantastic and really friendly. Same for when they took it down - all super easy and wonderful to work with.

Excellent communication from Emma, lots of flexibility for our specific situation, last minute booking was accommodated, they were punctual, and it was a high-quality gazebo that all our guests loved. Will definitely use again.

Great gazebo marquee and furniture.
Company do not offer pre-visit to measure up only on request which was not clear.
We had to downsize due to the shape of our garden but no refund was offered.
Overall reliable company and good quality equipment.

Sam at EventTec was great ... very professional and helpful. He was flexible with drop off and pick up times and very accomodating with our requirements (eg colour of lights). The marquee and lights were a big hit .... will definitely use him again.
The team at Poptop were also very helpful whenever I had any questions, extremely responsive and supportive.
