You made the day wonderful with your extremely tasty food, the hog was perfectly cooked and the crackling was a definite hit with the guests, especially my husband :) Richard arrived on time, setup with minimum fuss and got on with the job. Matei catered for a big birthday festival. He communicated throughout the planning stage, coming to the house to meet us, really discussing what it was we'd like on the menu, taking into account any special dietary requirements. On the day itself, Matei and his team arrived early to prepare - everything went really smoothly! We chose to have a BBQ. There was a huge range of food, and everyone loved it! I can't speak high…
