Sourced from our local farms we only use the best quality meat while supporting local farmers.

About supplier

We arrive at your venue 2 hours prior to service, do a full setup of our equipment and when you are ready, we commence with the service. When we have finished and you are happy, we do a full clean down and leave your venue clean and tidy. We also take all of our rubbish away with us.

This was a fabulous experience making a special birthday even more special thanks to Marcello. Each course was perfectly presented, meticulously planned and absolutely delicious. Marcello's passion and talent for food really stood out. This was the best dinner we have ever had and we can't wait to book again for our next occasion. Wow. What can I say. From the first phone call with Roger, the whole experience was seamless. Roger arrived exactly when he said he would, and the food was ready exactly when we asked for it. The food was absolutely incredible. I mean, really incredible. And loads of it. We were planning on having an open lamb spit roast.
