Words do not do justice in explaining just how incredible Stretto String Ensemble were. We booked them for my father's 60th birthday party as a surprise. Dan, who was our point of contact, was incredibly helpful from our initial booking, ensuring that we had all the music that we wanted and helping us to pull off the surprise element of the party. The quartet arrived in ample time to set up and were very efficient in quickly setting up before my dad noticed they were there! We asked for them to begin their set with The Godfather theme, my father's favourite piece, and when he heard their glorious playing through the hall and came in his eyes welled with tears! They played so beautifully, and there wasn't a dry eye in the house! They continued to play a range of music, all from a playlist we asked from their vast repertoire of music, and we had the best time. We danced to ABBA, waltzed to Tchaikovsky's Sleeping Beauty, and even had a spur of the moment 'Wheels on the Bus' for my 13 month old son. They were the heart of the party, and we were so impressed by their musicianship and professionalism. We will be hiring them again, again, again, and again! I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you again for making our year!

Dolce Strings provided a magnificent quartet for our daughter and son-in-laws wedding celebration, with music played throughout the afternoon and early evening. Highly skilled and enjoyable to listen to, I had numerous comments from guests about how lovely their contribution was. Sonore String Quartet were absolutely fantastic. They played at our wedding, both in the church and at the drinks reception. They have a very big repertoire where we found every song that we really wanted, very helpful and responsive in the run up to the wedding and performed beautifully on the day. We are very grateful and would highly highly recommend!

The Highgate string quartet were amazing! Grace was so helpful in the lead up to the wedding and even managed to cater to songs that they didn't usually play. Would highly recommend.
