small courtyard party in Lovely old mill in the woods! roughly 40 guests , My father after 34 years of begging has finally given in and is letting us host a big Courtyard disco ! he has provided all the drinks and glasses but my main concern is that it people dont help them selves and go crazy ! People are much more reserved when being Served !
i also dont wish to tidy up the party with a hangover from hell and wish for my father to wake up and not live to regret it .
My Guests are all respectable adults but glasses will be left in the garden as i imagine will the odd cigarette ? i am looking for one lively bar man to set up and serve drinks for the eavening say 6pm - 12.pm no cash will need to be taken as the bar is free.
if 1 staff is not aloud i will take two for half the time 8-10.30 ? i also need to have the garden /courtyard/ house if they somehow end up inside cleaned up either after the event finishes or early in the morning before 9.30 am
i have been an events manager for over 12 years so im either looking for one very capable confident member andi will pay him hr and all cash tips given tips given to him are his to keep i don't expect the bar man to cost less than 100 and guests will tip , the cleaner will need ?4 or 5 hours and can afford between 60-100 depending on time of shift , she may not get many cash tips but will be rewarded with leftover champagne

We would like to thank V&K Bespoke Events for their superb professional catering services at out Christmas Party, December 2016. We held the party for our friends and family and, to help promote The Bath International Music Festival.
Valerie and Karine worked within our budget and created the most stylish and delicious food for 70 guests. The waitresses who worked for V&K Bespoke Events were attractively dressed and well trained. Our guests were very impressed and three actually expressed an interest in employing them, one of which was for a wedding in France !
