Prompt responses to questions, and when I said it was a surprise event, they were conscientious enough to call before arriving to check the coast was clear and also said they'd knock on front door rather than use Ring doorbell which could have given game away!
Very happy with quality of marquee, tables and chairs, and absolutely no fuss either in collection the next morning. Would definitely recommend.

Elvis always replied to my mails and messages promptly and curtiously.
His service was very quick putting up and taking down.
Elvis was polite, professional and friendly.
I had no issues with the service at all.
Unfortunately the day we chose to hold our party the recent lovely weather came to an end and rained most of the day.
But we was kept dry by all staying inside the Marquee.
This of course made everything rather damp, although no rain came in, the ground became so wet underneath the flooring it soaked through to the carpet.
It was not practical for the children to play on the flooring we had as an extra as they took became soaked.
But apart from this our party was a success. The Marquee kept the rain at bay and allowed us all to enjoy the day.

And I have no problem recommending his service.

Hired it out for an outdoors wedding. The guys went above and beyond, very pleased with the gazebo and the service. Definitely recommend!

We were extremely happy with the entire experience of dealing with Levels Marquees for the marquee, tables and chairs for our BBQ party for 45 people. Marvin rang me weeks before and completely put me at ease. He and his team were on time, professional and the marquee, etc was perfect! We’d definitely use them again. Thanks!
