Booked for Wedding

I had hired a photo booth for our wedding day to allow our guests to have a little fun and leave comments for us. The service that was provided was efficient, on time and set up as planned and the booth itself was great. However I can not say I was overly impressed with the attitude of the staff that came with the booth. Unfortunately they weren't very friendly and seemed to be quite abrupt with several of our guests that just wanted to have a little fun. I appreciate that the equipment is expensive and that you need to take care of this and that some guest had been drinking but is this not to be expected attending a wedding party in the evening, I believe they might need to work on their approach. I believe we paid good money for this service and they weren't even willing to allow the groom to have his picture taken at the end of the night because they had done their time! It was a shame that the only negative comments I got back from our wedding day was about the staff that were working on the photo booth and in turn we only then got half of the guest (if that) that actually went and had their photos taken.

We hired a photo booth from Party & Event Hire Ltd for my Dad's 70th birthday party. We were really impressed with this company from the very first contact. Paul, who sorted out the booking was incredibly helpful and always responded super quickly to any contact we made. We emailed several times with various questions and requests/details, and he always came back to us the same day and fully answered everything for us. It was also the most competitively priced in the area and we had looked at several companies, we were so glad we chose them. Tyler who set-up and manned the booth on the night, was excellent. He was punctual, and had everything set up ready well in time for the party. He was polite, professional, and helpful and friendly to the guests. Overall we were really delighted with the service from start to finish and would highly recommend this company. Thank you!
