Very professional service. We had to move the tent a few times to get it right and they were more than happy to help us with no complaints. Would definitely book again.

Staff were great, arrived on time.
The only thing that wasn't great was the condition of the chairs and tables.
The chairs were clean but had a lot of rust spots on the seats, the legs were more orange than white from rust.
The tables you could not use without a table cloth as they were scuffed on the edges. The tables were clean but didn't look clean from the marks.

This was the best thing we have ever got for our parties at home. Previously we would have so much mess in the house but with this marquee it gave everyone so much more room and looked amazing!
We will most definitely be renting this marquee again when we have our next party.
Come rain or shine this is a define addition to any party

It was a perfect Pagoda Marquee for my event - which turned out beautifully. The marquee was set up well the day before - with consideration to my garden so to minimise any damage. It was a great service, I would recommend.

We recently hired a 6m x 4m marquee and dance floor for a party on April 2nd 2022 from Levels Marquee and Event Hire and couldn't have been more delighted with their service.
The marquee and flooring were good quality, as were the infrared heaters we added at the last moment when the temperature was forecast to drop to -3C on the night of April 2nd.
Marvin, who dealt with our booking, was reliable and professional, dealt with our questions at once and arrived as agreed the day before the party to set up.
When it turned out that blustery winds were forecast for the following evening he set out from home to collect extra equipment to secure the marquee and then drove many miles back to us arriving late in the evening, cheerful as ever, to install it.
The whole booking went smoothly and the the fee for everything involved was very reasonable.
Marvin's helpful friendly manner made the run up to the big event a pleasure.
In spite of the inclement weather we had an epic and memorable party dancing our socks off till 2.30am.
